M.A.G.E. stands for the Mentor Advancement Group of Eorzea and was conceptualized

as an attempt to increase the viability of the mentoring system put in place

in the game Final Fantasy XIV.

While the mentor system, itself, is a great step towards encouraging Veteran users to interact

with and support the new user community, it has been notably lacking in certain key features

and attributes that could make the system much more successful.

​

It is the goal of this website and the accompanying forum to provide mentors a place to further assist these newcomers by creating a meeting place devoted to the sharing of information and skills necessary to advance the capabilities of our newest arrivals. It also seeks to encourage mentors to schedule time to interact with these new sprouts in a variety of ways.

It is my hope that M.A.G.E. will become a gathering place for all those seeking to learn and all of those seeking to teach. Together we can make Eorzea a better place and give a brighter future to those who will carry on and further the legacy that we have put forth.

I invite you all, both veteran mentors and fledgling spouts, to come and join us here. Let us all forge a future together where success is the norm and failure is just another lesson that brings us closer to all our goals. Let us all come together and work to make our realm the place that we all wish it to be.
